Fears For Hundreds Of Jobs At HP Leixlip

: 02/07/2017 - 21:45

Fears are growing for hundreds of jobs at the HP Inc plant at Leixlip.

Kfm News understands that management will meet the 500 staff this morning at 10am regarding its future operations.

The site is home to its inkjet printer cartridge manufacturing and research and development.

Last year the firm recorded a profit of $4.3bn from revenues of $48.2bn.

Hewlett-Packard first came to Ireland in 1995 and employs hundreds more at sites around the country.

Kfm's Kildare Today programme will have more on the latest developments this (Weds) morning from 9am and will be hearing live from the HP Plant announcement.
