5,808 people were on waiting lists for various forms of inpatient treatment at Naas General Hospital in February.
It means that 25 people joined the queue after January, according to data from the National Treatment Purchase Fund.
The largest category is orthopaedics, in which 1,575 people are waiting appointments.
Over 1,000 people are seeking outpatient treatment in each of the general medicine, dermatology and cardiology departments.
Of the total, 520 have been waiting on appiointments for over 18 months.
