Former US President Bill Clinton has described the day the Good Friday Agreement was signed as one of the best of his presidency.
He was speaking by video link at an event marking the 20th anniversary of the agreement.
Taoiseach Leo Varadkar and former Sinn Féin leader Gerry Adams also addressed a crowd at the Library of Congress in Washington DC.
