
460 people are on trolleys in hospitals across the country today.
According to the INMO, University Hospital Limerick is the worst affected, with 51 patients waiting on beds.
It's followed by Cork University Hospital where 39 people are on trolleys.
There are 24 patients on trolleys at Naas General Hospital, up from 16 on Friday.
20 of those are waiting in the emergency department, and four are in wards at the facility.
