Labour Party To Re-Engage With Communities

The labour leader says he wants to re-engage with communities that have fallen out with the party.

Brendan Howlin was speaking at the party's first national conference with him as leader, which gets underway in Wexford.

He says they hope for a significant increase in seat numbers after the next election, saying the party is ready for any snap poll.

Mr Howlin says he wants to rebuild Labour in every part of the country.
