Denis O’Brien says he's yet to decide whether he'll appeal his failed legal action over remarks made about his banking details in the Dáil.
He had sought a number of declarations in light of revelations made under privilege in 2015 by Sinn Fein's Pearse Doherty and Kildare North Social Democrat TD, Catherine Murphy.
The High Court refused to intervene because of the separation of powers and the strength of the parliamentary privilege as set out in the Constitution.
