The Minister for Communications, Climate Action and Environment is being criticised for "not being forthcoming" with assurances of job security for employees of Bord na Mona's Kilberry plant.
The Newbridge headquartered firm acquired a facility in Liverpool before Christmas, which will carry out functions similar to those undertaken in Kilberry.
This has created concern about the security of tenure of those employed at the Kildare plant.

Thereafter, Deputy O'Loughlin issued a statement saying she was dissatisfied with the Minister's response.
However, the Minister has agreed to meet with Kildare South TDs, and their colleagues in the Laois constituency, to discuss the matter.
