There has been a reduction of almost two thirds in the number of homes sold in Kildare, month on month.
The Property Price Regulatory Authority reports that 113 homes in the county, in November.
That's down from 321 in the same month, last year.
The highest price paid for a home in the county was month was just shy of €2 million, in Sallins.
