Manchester United have confirmed Alexis Sanchez's unsuccessful stint at Old Trafford is over.

The forward has made his loan move to Inter Milan a permanent one.

Sanchez, who scored just five goals in 45 appearances for United, has signed a 3 year deal with the Italian club.

His side are due to face England, Wales and Fiji in the pool stages of the competition in November.
