Younger people are being warned they could become "super-spreaders" of Covid-19 in this country.
Health officials are concerned at the growing numbers under the age of 45 contracting the virus.
All 23 of the most recent cases were younger people, with 77 per cent aged 25 or younger.
The National Public Health Emergency Team says there's an "immediate need to take care and caution", with the reproductive rate now standing at, or above, 1.
