
Johnny Ronan is going back to city planners for a third time looking to increase the height of a planned tower block in Dublin's Docklands.
A nine-storey building is allowed at the site on Wapping Street off North Wall Quay, but the high-profile property developer wants to increase that to eleven stories.
The Irish Times reports Mr. Ronan has already been told no twice - with city council planners saying it would be "unduly dominant."
