'Upskirting' is set to become a specific crime in England and Wales after a law was passed through parliament.

People found guilty of taking an image or video under someone's clothing face two years in jail, and being put on the sex offenders register.

Gina Martin - who campaigned for a change in legislation after becoming a victim - says it was a "long time coming".
