People are being urged to give up technology this Valentines Day.

A book of free tokens has been produced by the World Meeting of Families - which takes place in August.

It also includes a special home cooked meal, loads of tender hugs and long walks together - and a prayer that you find someone special.

Newbridge woman, Brenda Drumm, is Media and Communications Manager for the World Meeting of Families.

She says its something different from the traditional gift of chocolate and flowers:
