A Kildare project has been named among 19 shortlisted in the next phase of the European Innovation Partnerships Initiative
Agriculture Minister, Michael Creed, made the announcement today.
The National Biodiversity Data Centre will, in South Kildare, embark on research aimed a protecting farmland pollinators.
All 19 project will be funded to develop a detailed project plan for their schemes
Several will then be selected to move forward to the full implementation phase.
