Kildare Community Employment supervisors are among those holding a protest rally in Dublin today.
Supervisors who are members of the SIPTU and Forsa unions have voted in favour of industrial action over what they say is government failure to implement a Labour Court recommendation on pension rights.
A work to rule will also begin on Monday, which could impact up to 11 schemes in Kildare.
Ken Nolan is Chairperson of the Kildare Network of CE Scheme Supervisors.
Speaking to Kildare Today, he says action begins today, and continues from next week.
