Ruby Walsh Suffers Suspected Broken Leg At Cheltenham.

: 03/14/2018 - 15:22

Kildare's Ruby Walsh has been stood down for the rest of the day at Cheltenham after suffering a suspected broken leg.

Walsh's mount Al Boum Photo fell at the second-last fence in the RSA Novices' Chase, and he's been taken to hospital for x-rays.

Patrick Mullins will now ride Douvan in today's feature - the Queen Mother Champion Chase.

Walsh had only returned to the saddle a week ago after four months out with a broken leg.
