Hundreds of farmers have begun making their way to Dublin City Centre from across the country, to protest over beef prices.
Commuters travelling from, or through Kildare, to Dublin are expected to face disruption on the N4, N7 and N81.
Delays are also forecast on the N2, and N3 before demonstrators and their tractors gather in Merrion Square at 2 O'Clock and travel to Leinster House.
Gardaí have closed roads around Kildare Street, Molesworth Street, St Stephens Green and Merrion Square, and are urging people to use public transport if possible.
