Anti-social behaviour and youth crimes are not being addressed by community policing, according to Social Democrats co-leader, Roisin Shortall.
The party says significant cuts have been made to community Gardaí in the last nine years, with numbers halved.
Shortall says these crimes start at a low level but unless they're addressed they become more serious.
She describes the recent criminal activity in Drogheda as 'serious' and a 'new low':
