A driver was stopped by Naas Roads Policing unit on the M7, in Newbridge last night.
The occupants of the vehicle were discovered to be on a non-essential journey, from the Cork area.
Fixed Charge Notices were issued to both the driver & passenger.
The car was seized, as the driver did not hold insurance.
