The cousin of Argentine footballer Emiliano Sala has insisted that someone needs to take responsibility for his death.
The 28 year-old died in a plane crash over the English Channel last month, as he travelled from Nantes to Cardiff, having joined the Premier League club days earlier.
Martin Gatti told reporters he thought the player was "forced" on to the single-engine plane, and that there were "irregularities" in the incident.
It comes as the Daily Telegraph reports that Cardiff may sue Nantes for negligence, if the pilot in the crash had an incorrect licence.
Mourners paid their final respects to Sala at his funeral in Progreso, Santa Fe yesterday.
