Kildare-based social entrepreneurs and community groups are being invited to take part in the LEADER Funded Kildare Social Enterprise Programme
It is being run by Clann Credo and its sister company, the Irish Social Finance Centre.
The programme is designed to provide participants with the skills necessary to set up and operate a social enterprise, including business planning, finance and funding, marketing and communications as well as measuring social impact.
It will run from May 2018 to November 2018
The second of two information seminars scheduled on the programme takes place tonight at 7pm in the Clanard Court Hotel, Athy.
