Lockdown has resulted in severe neglect, as children missed school for months, according to a new report.
In one case, a child had to be admitted to a hospital's intensive care with severe infection due to head lice and scabies.
The Child Care Law Reporting Project today has released information on cases where the state sought orders to take children into or keep them in care.
Issues with visitation and access during Covid 19 restrictions, between children in foster care and their parents, has also been found.
