Bulgaria manager Krasimir Balakov has resigned following Monday's 6-nil defeat to England.
However, the Bulgarian FA say his resignation is down to results and not his initial reaction to the racist insults England players were subjected to in Sofia.
Balakov initially claimed he didn't hear the monkey chants in Monday nights game and said England had a bigger problem with racism before backtracking and apoligising.
His resignation follows that of Bulgarian FA President Borislav Mihaylov.
