A result of a ballot of CE Supervisors on industrial action in dispute over pension rights is due on Friday.
The wokers are members of the SIPTU and Fórsa unions.
They say it is" concerning the failure of the Government to implement a Labour Court recommendation regarding their right to a pension.", which was issued in 2008.
Strike action planned for May 2019 was suspended, following committments by government.
If the action is backed by members, it "will involve their withdrawal of cooperation with government departments, states agencies and local authorities."
Ken Nolan is Chairperson of the Network of CE Supervisors in Kildare.
Speaking to Kildare Today, he says he and his colleagues are "fed up" of the situation.
