Kildare Senior Football & Hurling League Panels Finalised.

The Kildare senior football and hurling League panels were finalised over the weekend.

The footballers begin their League next Sunday against Fermanagh in St. Conleth’s Park at 2.30, as part of a double header with the Kildare hurlers.

The hurlers also begin their League next Sunday against London in St. Conleth’s Park at 12.30

The Kildare U20's booked their place in the final of the John Kerins Cup on Saturday afternoon, defeating Meath 2-17 to 3-12.

Kildare will play Cork in the final next Saturday at a venue to be decided.

The Kildare women’s football team also begins their League next Sunday away to last year’s Div 4 league winners Fermanagh.

Former All Star Goalkeeper Mary Hulgraine returns to the panel.  Also included are the experienced former captain Erica Burke and Roisin Byrne.

This evening’s Kildare Scoreboard, with Eoin Beatty, from 6.25 will have the full Jack O’Connor, David Herity and Gay Campbell interviews, plus the rest of the weekend Kildare sport
