Seamus Woulfe has been listed for the first time as a Supreme Court judge, after being on leave due to the GolfGate controversy.
He was one of 80 people who attended the Oireachtas Golf Society event in Clifden last August, which broke Covid-19 guidelines.
Chief Justice Frank Clarke wanted him to resign, but Mr Woulfe refused.
However, he agreed not to sit as a Supreme Court judge for three months, but he has now been listed to begin work there next month.
