Ryanair pilots are threatening to work to rule as the airline's AGM is underway.
They're complaining about zero-hours contracts and industrial action could lead to the cancellation of even more flights.
Hundreds of thousands of passengers have already lost out on Ryanair bookings amid staff shortages.
But President of the Irish Airline Pilots Association Evan Cullen says they're not the only ones with the problem:
