The BoyleSports Irish Greyhound Derby Final takes place this evening in Shelbourne Park.

Kildare dog Ballyanne Sim goes in Trap 1.

He is owned by former Wexford All Star Hurling full back Eamonn Cleary, who lives near Kildare Town and trained by James Robinson from Athy.  

Eamonn Cleary, also, owned, bred and broke the 2016 Cheltenham Champion Cup winner Annie Power.

The final in Shelbourne Park is off at 9.15pm.  The winner will receive €140,000, with the last placed dog getting €10,000
