Boxing coach Pete Taylor has asked the High Court for a temporary order, preventing him and Bray Boxing Club from being evicted from the unit where they built their gym.
The father of world champion boxer, Katie Taylor, claims Wicklow County Council acted unlawfully when it changed the locks at the Harbour Shed in Bray.
