US President Joe Biden is to reinstate a travel ban to the US for people coming from Ireland.
In his final days in office, Donald Trump had announced the restrictions for people coming from much of Europe and Brazil would be lifted, and were due to end tomorrow.
AFP is reporting the ban will continue to stop the spread of Covid-19, while also adding South Africa to the list due to the emergence of variants.
