BBC To Pay Substantial Damages To Former Nanny Of British Princes William & Harry

Regarding 1995 Panorama interview, with Princess Diana

The BBC will pay "substantial damages" to Prince William and Harry's former nanny, known then as Tiggy Legge-Bourke, over the way an interview with Princess Diana was obtained.

Journalist Martin Bashir made suggestions she was having an affair with the Prince of Wales - which were untrue.

A report by Lord Dyson last year concluded the corporation covered up "deceitful behaviour".
