At a Michigan school
A 16-year-old boy has pleaded guilty to terrorism, and the murdering of four students at a school in Michigan.
Ethan Crumbley admitted a total of 24 charges relating to the shooting at Oxford High School, outside Detroit, on 30th November 2021.
His parents face involuntary manslaughter charges over gun storage, and ignoring their son's need for mental health treatment.
Crumbley was 15 at the time of the shooting.
He is accused of opening fire at the school with a semi-automatic handgun, which his father had bought for him as a gift for Christmas.
Hana St. Juliana aged 13, 17 year-old Madisyn Baldwin, Tate Myre, 16 & 17 year-old Justin Shilling were killed.
Six other students & one teacher were injured.
On the day of the shooting, Crumbley's parents, James & Jennifer, were summoned to his school to discuss writing's of their son.
His parents said they would find counselling services for Ethan, but did not take him home, according to investigators.
In diary entries, the then 15 year-old said his parents hated each other & they had no money.
