The woman accusing Britain's Prince Andrew of sexual assault will be interviewed under oath by his lawyers in April.
Virginia Giuffre is suing the Duke of York for damages, claiming she had sex with him when she was 17 - a minor under United States law.
61 year-old Andrew has strongly denies all allegations against him.
The British Queen's second son will give evidence in London on the 10th March.
