Alexanda Amon Kotey is accused of being part of a cell nicknamed the 'Beatles' because of their English accents.
The 37 year-old faces charges of conspiring to torture and behead hostages in Syria.
It is not clear what counts Mr. Kotey will admit at a change of plea hearing tomorrow, in Virginia.
