The British Labour leader has told the Boris Johnson that it seems it's one rule for the Prime Minister and his colleagues, and another for the greater public
Keir Starmer has criticised Mr. Johnson for his response to photos of the former Health Secretary, breaking social distancing rules and kissing an aide.
The PM initially said it was "case closed" before Matt Hancock resigned a day later.
