Incident allegedly happened in August
Britney Spears will not face charges over allegations she hit her housekeeper in a row, over the singer's dog.
In August, it was claimed the pop-star slapped a phone out of her employee's hand.
The 39 year-old's lawyer described the accusations as "sensationalised-tabloid fodder".
No injuries were recorded and prosecutors say there is not enough evidence to bring charges.
