Following bombshell testimony by Ms, Spears in LA court
A company appointed to help oversee the finances of Britney Spears has asked to withdraw from her conservatorship, following last week's bombshell court testimony last week.
The Bessemer Trust was named co-conservator along with her father, Jamie Spears.
Her father has been the guardian of her affairs since 2008, after a series of public breakdowns.
The singer has described the agreement as "abusive" and asked for her life back.
The 39 year-old she does not have access to a passport or money, and has been prescribed drugs, such as lithium.
She also has a contraceptive device, IUD inserted, and cannot remove it without the permission of her conservators.
Lawyers for Jamie Spears dismiss criticism of his actions.
