Died on Friday, when stabbed at constituency surgery
The Deputy British Prime Minister says additional time people spent online during Covid-19 lockdowns, may have made them more vulnerable to radicalisation.
Mr. Rabb made the comments following the death of former British MP David Amess.
Dominic Raab says abuse on social media has gone way too far:
This afternoon, the House of Commons paid its respects to Mr. Amess, who was stabbed to death on Friday.
British politicians from all parties are sharing fond memories of the father-of-five, from his mentorship to the first time they met.
He has been described as kind, funny and respected by everyone, over a career spanning almost four-decades.
"Without him I would never have become a member of parliament."

Mr. Amess' family say they will "survive and carry on for the sake of a wonderful and inspiring man".
The 69 year-old was holding a constituency surgery with constituents in Leigh-on-Sea in Essex, when he was killed.
A 25-year-old man is being questioned on suspicion of his murder.
The suspect had apparently made an appointment to see the MP.
He is believed to be Ali Harbi Ali, the son of a former Somali government official.
Mr. Amess' death has sparked concerns over MPs' safety, with the UK's home secretary suggesting police could guard local constituency meetings.
Nick Aldworth - former counter terrorism national co-ordinator - says that's not realistic:
The UK's home secretary, Priti Patel, has told the House of Commons a review into how police work with MPs to ensure their safety will be announced in the next "few days":
Today, the British Prime Minister confirmed that the British Queen had agreed that Southend, the area which Mr. Amess served, will become a city.
Prime Minister Boris Johnson announces that Her Majesty has accorded Southend to city status in honour of Conservative MP Sir David Amess.
