Crashed into another service
Investigators have discovered one of the trains which crashed in England on Sunday, slid 220 metres through a red signal.
It's believed the driver attempted to brake, but the carriages continued to travel "some distance", crashing into another service in Fisherton tunnel, Salisbury.
An initial report noted the train's wheels slipped on the tracks - how Network Rail and the train operator handle that risk will form part of the inquiry.

On Sunday, Great Western Railway said "all customers and colleagues have been accounted for" after the collision.
Yesterday, the Chief Constable of the British Transport Police attended the scene.
Attending Salisbury yesterday I was so impressed with the joint working of all agencies. Humbling to see the commitment of all present dealing with such a complex incident. My thoughts were with those involved in the incident. @wiltshirepolice @networkrail pic.twitter.com/lbY0J2XCPp
