The aquatics centre
In London, emergency crews say a "high quantity of chlorine gas" has been released at the Olympic Park's Aquatics Centre due to a "chemical reaction".
Work is underway to ventilate the site in Stratford, in the east of the city.
Neighbouring residents are being advised to shut all windows & doors.
A number of patients are being treated by paramedics.
There has been an incident @AquaticsCentre this morning involving the release of a gas. The area has been cordoned off and evacuated. We're working with emergency services on site. There are a number of casualties with breathing difficulties being treated by @Ldn_Ambulance.

Paramedics and fire crews are at the scene, and the area has been cordoned off.
Social media footage shows a number of ambulances at the scene.
