Britain's Labour party leader says Tory party does not have mandate from British public

The British Prime Minister has rejected Labour's calls for a general election.

Rishi Sunak is the UK's third Prime Minister since the summer.

During his first Prime Ministers questions, Britain's Labour leader, Keir Starmer, said Mr. Sunak does not have a mandate from the British people.
