Gove & Patel back former Chancellor
Support is mounting for Rishi Sunak to become the next British Prime Minister, with former cabinet members Michael Gove and Priti Patel now backing him.
The support follows the news of Boris Johnson dropping out of the Conservative Party leadership race.
Penny Mordaunt has until 2pm to secure the backing of 100 MPs.
