Allen Weisselberg & Donald Trump deny charges
Allen Weisselberg, the Chief Financial Officer of the Trump Organisation, has surrendered to US authorities.
The Trump Organisation & CFO, Weisselberg, have been charged with a 15-year alleged tax scheme.
Other charges include scheme to defraud, conspiracy, criminal tax fraud, and falsifying business records.
Mr. Weisselberg has denied the claims, as does Mr. Trump.
Lawyer Robert Ray, part of Donald Trump's legal team, prior to his impeachment trial, says so far, the 75 year-old is not looking at any charges:
