Number of Russian troops at border increasing
The United States is urging the United Nations Security Council to hold a public meeting to discuss Russia, warning of a "distinct possibility" they could invade Ukraine next month.

Yury Filatov has been invited by chairman, Charlie Flanagan, to discuss the country's planned military drills off the Irish coast.
The military exercises are due to get under way next week.

Fuel Prices
Motorists are being warned of record fuel prices at the pumps due to the Russian-Ukraine border crisis.
Crude oil has risen above $90 dollars a barrel - for the first time in eight years.
Some petrol stations have added 2 cent on to the price of petrol and diesel overnight, meaning motorists could be paying around 177 cent per litre of petrol.
