Boris Johnson yesterday admitted he attended lockdown breaking gathering in May 2020

A UK poll suggests the British Labour party is now ten points ahead of the Conservative Party for the first time in almost a decade - as Boris Johnson faces increased calls from MPs to resign.

The British Prime Minister has cancelled a visit to the north-west of England today because a family member has tested positive for Covid.

Yesterday he admitted attending a Downing Street party in May 2020 when the country was in lockdown.

Britain's Secretary of State for Northern Ireland, Brandon Lewis insists Boris Johnson is still capable of winning another election.
