So says Cllr Peggy O'Dwyer who has slammed, once again, the presence of an illegal encampment and dumping site near the Lidl Distribution Centre just outside of Newbridge.
She said the private owners of this road have a responsibility to take legal action but for some reason are not.
She has contacted both The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Kildare County Council.

Kildare County Council said the descision is contingent upon the completion of landscaping and tidying up works by the developers, Lidl and Murphy International, on the Newbridge South Orbital Relief Road (NSORR).
