Another Heatwave Predicted

Highs of 28° celsius expected.

An August heatwave is set to see temperatures soaring this week, possibly reaching as high as 28° celsius.

Apart from a few light showers in the west, most areas will remain dry.

Alan O'Reilly of Carlow Weather said the fine weather will build throughout the week.

As I’ve mentioned it will get warmer each day ahead now and latest weather models just out show up to 29c is possible by Friday! Charts show temperatures from Tuesday to Friday.
