Residents at Ferns Bridge in Monasterevin were left fuming today after a planned outage was put in place this morning - on one of the coldest days in the country.
They are referred to as the “Lucky Dip” gang after gardaí learned that they use google maps to target random locations across Leinster.
The animals, according to Gardai, were left out "constantly" in severe cold weather with no shelter.
