Mr Hardy’s car collided with Mr Heslin’s motorcycle during a charity motorcycle run in Kilkenny.
A Canadian lawyer, charged with causing the death of Maganey, Castleroe resident Ollie Heslin, has been granted bail by Kilkenny court.
Motorcyclist Mr. Heslin was on a charity motorcycle run when the fatal incident occurred.

Mr Hardy’s car collided with Mr Heslin’s motorcycle during the charity motorcycle run in Kilkenny.
Last week, Mr Hardy was remanded in custody with consent to bail opposed by Gardaí.
On that occasion, the court imposed a bail bond of €50,000 on Mr. Hardy, to include a €35,000 cash lodgement and an independent surety of €50,000.
