Some places around Kildare are due to be restored by 7pm tonight, whilst other area's in the county may take several days.

Clean-up operations are underway across the country following Storm Darragh.

The ESB says crews have been working again since first light to restore power - but there's been significant damage to the network.

Meanwhile boil notices have been issued in a number of areas around the country, due to pressure on water supplies.
